The Zoom talk was presented by Derek and Esther Pickup, with contributions from Annie and Steve Egginton, who had the honour of visiting the historic, mysterious, and magnificent mountain regions of Georgia.
The presentation offered a fascinating insight into Georgia’s most famous mountain areas — Svaneti, Racha, Khevsureti, and Tusheti — regions known for their breathtaking beauty and rich cultural heritage.
Participants of the Zoom meeting greatly enjoyed the stunning slides showcasing Georgia’s spectacular landscapes. The talk also introduced the trip to Georgia that the BTA is planning for September next year, sparking much interest among attendees
